As most of you know I started fusion nation through Instagram. It was just something I wanted to do for fun and maybe grow the fusion community a little bit. Little did I know it was going to blow up pretty damn quick.
I made the account back in December 2012 thinking this should be fun! In first week or so I started going through all the hashtags for Fordfusion which at the time were about 6000 pictures with that tag.. (About 10k now) manually liked each picture hoping for followers to come. Wouldn't you know it, it was working quite well and I had around 100 followers within about 1 weeks time. Granted about half were people I knew or were from FFC but I was still pumped about gaining followers. I even had a couple people who made accounts jusy to follow my page (Brandon Loche) being one of them.
After the first two months a had around 460 followers and had already gained a partial sponsorship from (Francis Fiel) for my retro fit headlights which turned out pretty sick i might add.. around Feburary I was in talks with Troy Walls bout marketing for him on my page we had come to an agreement that I market his products whenever he had got something he wants or up and I get parts at cost which isn't a bad deal considering markup on some of the more higher priced items.. Starting fusion nation for me two partial sponsorships within my first three months. Any way I'll have to continue this later since I'm at work typing this
